| Stayed at the New Winter Palace, Luxor in January 2000. Excellent Hotel and the most fabulous holiday. Expect to come back from a visit to the Egyptian Historical Sites with a crick in the neck from looking up at the stupendous temples and a permanently open mouth from staring in disbelief at these edifices which are, it doesn't seem possible, thousands of years old. This is probably THE number one place to go. The ads for Egyptian holidays are all true. Below are some photos taken from our Hotel window.
